Future dates should update when an earlier date is changed

Dates should update when itinerary is reorganized or dates on a previous waypoint are changed.
For example, if I need to move something I planned to do on August 8 to August 9 instead, I would like all of my future waypoints should be pushed a day out, too.
Maybe an option to opt into this behavior or confirm whether you want this to happen or not when you edit date. It could be frustrating for this to happen if you're just correcting a mistake or something that you don't want to impact the entire itinerary.

Add/Remove Days + Move Item In Batches/Groups

I’d like the ability to add/remove days in the middle of my itinerary. USE CASE: I want to break up a long day into two smaller days, I can insert an (empty) day (which will cause all subsequent days planned to shift down a day). The I want to move a group of items into that day to preserve event order (instead of one at a time and inadvertently getting them out-of-order). The opposite is true if I want to consolidate two consecutive small days into one longer day. I want the ability to remove an empty day and have all days after shift up one day.

Change date on itinerary

I want to be able to update a date on the itinerary and have all waypoints under that date updated as well. Say I have 10 waypoints on a Date, let’s say the 14th. I want to change that date to the 13th. Do I have to physically move all 10 waypoints, or is there an easier way to do it?

My use case: We are full time and when we plan, we have waypoints we visit, and waypoints we stay at ... AND we do not always know how long we will be in a particular place. Being able to set a duration would allow us to change the "July 10 waypoint" from a single day to say, 5 days, then all following dated waypoints would auto-adjust appropriately five days ahead on the calendar.

At least this should be an option. Like when inserting data into excel, you get asked if you want to shift cells down.

Yes. It's very painful to have to update all your dates when something early in the planning changes. Each stop should have a # of overnights, so that the app can recalculate all the dates in the future. Default should be 0. This way I can set the start of trip, the overnights for each stop, and not have to reset any dates myself.
