Miles/Hours A Day

I would like to be able to enter how many miles/hours I can drive a day on my trip to have the option to search that area for fuel/accommodations/attractions. There is no mile scale on the map making it very hard to figure out how far to make the next stop. Google maps has a nice option to measure on their map by right clicking and bringing up a menu that has measure distance. You then click on the map once then move along your route and click again and it gives you miles. You can click as many times as you want adding miles along your route. At the least put a useable scale on your dang maps.

Yes! The map has no scale (a separate feature request) or tool to measure distance. Whether you want to drive for X miles or X hours there is NO present way to gauge that distance. Quite frankly, this is an essential component for "trip planning" software.

More advertising than trip planning here

Planning a road trip means building an itinerary, especially splitting the travel into desired leg lengths. That's entirely missing here - even the list of hotels is just a bunch of ads, sortable by distance from my home but not filtered to the route and sorted by distance along it.

Something like this would be very useful.

Per my recent request, please add this functionality
David Christensen
If this is a must-have feature, note that this capability is already integrated into the AdventureGenie app.
Britt Drake
David Christensen: yes, but the problem with AdventureGenie is that finding points of interest along the way is very clunky. If these 2 apps could be combined, we would have travel perfection. But for now I am sticking with Roadtrippers.
