Add campground fees & campground cost estimation

The ability to find campgrounds is excellent, but it would be great to have a quick snapshot of the nightly campground fee which could then sum into a budget. Gas is great, but when planning a cross country camping trip, it would also be nice to know how much $$ you'll shell out for campgrounds.

Hello! We just made an update that includes a new "Budget" field in addition to several other new fields to help you keep track of extra details.
The amount you enter in the budget field on waypoints will combine with our fuel cost estimate for a total trip cost estimate in your trip stats.
