Adjustable or Collapsible Sidebar (Hide Itinerary, full map view)

I'd like to be able to view the map in full screen. The detailed menu and stops on the left of the screen are helpful when planning, but I'd like to see the map full screen. An option to minimize the itinerary/menu would be helpful.

You can now use the new bar on the left of your trip to collapse the itinerary and get a full view of the map! Click the map or itinerary buttons to switch between views and focus on whatever works best for you.

Provide an option to resize or collapse the Itinerary/Details/Explore panel to prioritize the map view, allowing users to focus more on the map when needed.
A resizable option to click and drag the divider between the trip panel and the map to adjust the proportions of each section would give users full control over their preferred view. 
Alternatively, a simple button to hide and show the trip panel would give users the ability to move from full-screen map to a split screen when they want to see the itinerary or browse categories.
