I would like to be able to sort my waypoints into folders so I can plan my trip day to day. All of Monday's waypoints go into this folder, all of Tuesday's go into this folder, etc.

We recently released a new feature to help you organize your stops by date. When you add dates to your trip, the waypoints under each date will be grouped together like you described.
