Save and share custom categories of POIs

Introduce the ability to create and organize custom categories for points of interest (POIs). This feature would allow for grouping locations based on themes or interests, such as restaurants featured on a TV show or historical landmarks like California Missions, with options to include links or additional notes for each POI.
Being able to turn on custom categories would enable users to easily find their grouped POIs near their trips. A potential future enhancement could include a way for sharing custom POI categories, allowing others to discover and add curated lists to their accounts.
This feature would enhance trip planning by enabling more personalization, organization, and collaboration.
