It would be helpful to have a “Preferences” section where users can set and save their personal trip planning settings to their profile, such as:
  • Ability to set a default start location (not current location).
  • Route preferences like shortest, fastest, or most scenic.
  • Filter settings for campgrounds, attractions, and more.
  • Overnight stay preferences (hotels vs campgrounds, etc.)
  • Chain preferences for hotels, gas stations, etc.
  • Default route radius for browsing categories.
This would streamline trip planning for users who want consistent preferences applied.
