If I assign a custom name to a location, the address disappears from the trip guide. The workaround is to add the address to the custom name or the waypoint notes, so that it's included on the trip guide and can be printed out.

If a custom name is set, both the custom name and the street address or default waypoint name should included on the trip guide.
